عَنْ صَفِیَّۃَ بِنْتِ شَیْبَۃَ ، قَالَتْ: أَخْبَرَتْنِی بِنْتُ أَبِی تَجْرَاۃَ، أَحَدُ نِسَا ءِ بَنِی عَبْدِ الدَّارِ ، قَالَتْ: دَخَلْتُ مَعَ نِسْوَۃٍ مِنْ قُرَیْشٍ دَارَ أَبِی آلِ حُسَیْنٍ نَنْظُرُ إِلَی رَسُولِ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ وَھُوَ یَسْعَی بَیْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَۃِ، فَرَأَیْتُہُ یَسْعَی ، وَإِنَّ مِئْزَرَہُ لَیَدُورُ مِنْ شِدَّۃِ ، فَرَأَیْتُہُ یَسْعَی ، وَإِنَّ مِئْزَرَہُ لَیَدُورُ مِنْ شِدَّۃِ السَّعْیِ حَتَّی لأَقَولُ: إنِّی لأَرَی رُکْبَتَیْہِ ، وَسَمِعْتُہُ یَقُولُ: اسْعَوْا، فَإِنَّ اللہَ کَتَبَ عَلَیْکُمُ السَّعْیَ۔ قَرَأَالرَّبِیعُ: حَتَّی إِنِّی لأَقُولُ۔ أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِیثَیْنِ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْمَنَاسِکِ، وَالثَّلِثَ مِنْ کِتَابِ مُخْتَصَرِ الْحَجِّ الْکَبِیرِ
