عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرُ : أَنَّہُ کَانَ یَقُولُ: لا یَجْتَجِمُ الْمُحْرِمُ إِلا أَنْ یُضْطَرَّ إِلَیْہِ مِمَّا لا بُدَّ لَہُ مِنْہُ۔ قَالَ مَالِکٌ مِثْلَ ذَلِکَ ۔ أَخْرَجَ الأَ وَّلَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْحَجِّ مِنَ الأَمَالِی ، وَالثَّانِیَ وَالثَّالِثَ فِی کِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِکٍ وَالشَّافِعِیِّ۔
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 917
On the authority of Ibn Omar: He used to say: The forbidden person does not abstain unless he is forced to do something that must be from him. An angel said like that۔ Bring the first of the Hajj Book out of the Amaliyyah, and the second and third in the Book of the Difference of Malik and al-Shafi’i۔
