سَمِعْتُ الْقَاسِمَ یَقُولُ : کُنْتُ جَالِسًا عِنْدَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فَسَأَلَہُ رَجُلٌ عَنْ جَرَادَۃٍ قَتَلَہََا وَھُوَ مُحْرِمٌ ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ: فِیھَا قَبْضَۃٌ مِنْ طَعَامٍ وَلْیَأخُذَنَّ بِقَبْضَۃِ جَرَادَاتٍ وَلَکِنْ وَلَوْ قَالَ الشَّافِعِیُّ:" قَوْلُہُ : وَلْیَأخُذَنَّ بِقَبْضَۃٍ جَرَادَاتٍ " ،أَیْ إِنَّمَا فِیھَا الْقِیمَۃُ ، وَقَوْلُہُ :(( وَلَوْ))، یَقُولُ: یَحْتَاطُ بِقِیمَۃٍ فِیُخْرِجُ أَکْثَرَ مِمَّا عَلَیْکَ بَعْدَ مَا أَعْلَمْتُکَ أَنَّہُ أَکْثَرُ مِمَّا عَلَیْکَ"۔
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 897
I heard al-Qasim says: you are sitting Andaben Abbas Vsolہ man from Jradۃ Guetlہa Oھo Muharram, said Ibn Abbas Allہ Anہ: where Qdۃ of food and take their Bakdۃ Jaradat but if Shafei said: "Colہ: To take their Bakdۃ Jaradat" that is, but where Alqیmۃ, and Colہ: (And if it is), he says: He takes precautions so that he will come out more than what you have after I tell you that I am more than you "
