عَنْ عَلِیَّ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ ، قَالَ : قُلْتُ : یَا رَسُولَ اللہِ ، بِأَبِی أَنْتَ وَأُمِّی أَنْتَ ، إِنَّ أَبِی قَدْ مَاتَ، قَالَ :(( اذْھَبْ فَوَارِہِ))۔ فَوَارَیْتُہُ ، ثُمَّ أَتَیْتُہُ ۔ قَالَ :(( اذْھَبْ فَاغْتَسِلْ))۔ أخْرَجَہُ مِنْ کِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ عَلِیَّ وَعَبْدِ اللہِ مِمَّا لَمْ یَسْمَعِ الرَّبِیعُ مِنَ الشَّافِعِیِّ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 102
On the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with you, he said: I said: O Messenger of God, my father, you and my mother, you, my father, have died, he said: (So)۔ So I left, then I came. He said: “Go and wash.” He brought it out from the book of a disagreement on me and the servant of God, which the Spring did not hear from Al-Shafi’i, may God be pleased with you
