عَنْ نَافَعِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّہُ تَیَمَّمَ بِعوْیَدِ النَّعَمِ وَصَلَّی الْعَصْرِ، ثُمَّ دَخَلَ الْمَدِینَۃَ وَالشَّمْسُ مُرتَفِعَۃٌ فَلَمْ بُعِدِ الصَّلاۃ۔أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْوُضُوءِ وَالثَّانِیَ فِی کِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِکِ وَالشَّافِعِیِّ
