حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَی بْنُ مَرْوَانَ الرَّقِّيُّ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعَافَی حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ عَنْ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ نُفَيْرٍ عَنْ الْمُسْتَوْرِدِ بْنِ شَدَّادٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ کَانَ لَنَا عَامِلًا فَلْيَکْتَسِبْ زَوْجَةً فَإِنْ لَمْ يَکُنْ لَهُ خَادِمٌ فَلْيَکْتَسِبْ خَادِمًا فَإِنْ لَمْ يَکُنْ لَهُ مَسْکَنٌ فَلْيَکْتَسِبْ مَسْکَنًا قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو بَکْرٍ أُخْبِرْتُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ اتَّخَذَ غَيْرَ ذَلِکَ فَهُوَ غَالٌّ أَوْ سَارِقٌ
سنن ابودوٗد · Hadith 2945
Narrated Al-Mustawrid ibn Shaddad: Al-Mustawrid heard the Prophet ﷺ say: He who acts as an employee for us must get a wife; if he has not a servant, he must get one, and if he has not a dwelling, he must get one. He said that Abu Bakr reported: I was told that the Prophet ﷺ said: He who takes anything else he is unfaithful or thief. He said that Abu Bakr reported: I was told that the Prophet ﷺ said: He who takes anything else he is unfaithful or thief.
