حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْمِصْرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَی بْنُ رَاشِدٍ الْبَصْرِيُّ عَنْ يَزِيدَ مَوْلَی سَلَمَةَ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْأَکْوَعِ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَوَضَّأَ فَمَسَحَ رَأْسَهُ مَرَّةً

It was narrated that Salamah bin Akwa' said: "I saw the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H performing ablution, and he wiped his head once." (Sahih)
