حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَی بْنُ يُونُسَ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ زَائِدَةَ بْنِ نَشِيطٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي خَالِدٍ الْوَالِبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَی يَقُولُ يَا ابْنَ آدَمَ تَفَرَّغْ لِعِبَادَتِي أَمْلَأْ صَدْرَکَ غِنًی وَأَسُدَّ فَقْرَکَ وَإِلَّا تَفْعَلْ مَلَأْتُ يَدَيْکَ شُغْلًا وَلَمْ أَسُدَّ فَقْرَکَ قَالَ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ وَأَبُو خَالِدٍ الْوَالِبِيُّ اسْمُهُ هُرْمُزُ
جامع ترمذی · Hadith 2466
Abu Hurairah narrated that the Messenger of Allah(s.a.w) said: Indeed Allah, Most High said: 'O son of Adam! Devote yourself to My worship, I will fill your chest with riches and alleviate your poverty. And if you do not do so, then I will fill your hands with problems and not alleviate your poverty.'
