حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَی حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ إِيَاسٍ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ نَحْنُ آخِرُ الْأُمَمِ وَأَوَّلُ مَنْ يُحَاسَبُ يُقَالُ أَيْنَ الْأُمَّةُ الْأُمِّيَّةُ وَنَبِيُّهَا فَنَحْنُ الْآخِرُونَ الْأَوَّلُونَ
ابن ماجہ · Hadith 4290
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that the Prophet P.B.U.H said: "We are the last of the nations, and the first to be brought to account. It will be said: 'Where is the unlettered nation and its Prophet?' So we are the last and the first." (Hasan)
