حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ يَرِثُ الْوَلَائَ مَنْ يَرِثُ الْمَالَ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَی هَذَا حَدِيثٌ لَيْسَ إِسْنَادُهُ بِالْقَوِيِّ

Amr bin Su'aib narrated from his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah(S.A.W) said: The one who inherits the Wala is the one who inherits the wealth.
