حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَی بْنُ حَکِيمٍ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا حَسَدَ إِلَّا فِي اثْنَتَيْنِ رَجُلٌ آتَاهُ اللَّهُ الْقُرْآنَ فَهُوَ يَقُومُ بِهِ آنَائَ اللَّيْلِ وَآنَائَ النَّهَارِ وَرَجُلٌ آتَاهُ اللَّهُ مَالًا فَهُوَ يُنْفِقُهُ آنَائَ اللَّيْلِ وَآنَائَ النَّهَارِ
ابن ماجہ · Hadith 4209
It was narrated from Salim that his father said: "The Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H said: 'There is no envy except in two cases. A man to whom Allah has given (knowledge of) the Quran, so he recites it night and day, and a man to whom Allah has given wealth, so he spends it night and day." (Sahih)
