حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَکْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ أَنْبَأَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَی أَنْبَأَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُهَاجِرٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ مُوَرِّقٍ الْعِجْلِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنِّي أَرَی مَا لَا تَرَوْنَ وَأَسْمَعُ مَا لَا تَسْمَعُونَ إِنَّ السَّمَائَ أَطَّتْ وَحَقَّ لَهَا أَنْ تَئِطَّ مَا فِيهَا مَوْضِعُ أَرْبَعِ أَصَابِعَ إِلَّا وَمَلَکٌ وَاضِعٌ جَبْهَتَهُ سَاجِدًا لِلَّهِ وَاللَّهِ لَوْ تَعْلَمُونَ مَا أَعْلَمُ لَضَحِکْتُمْ قَلِيلًا وَلَبَکَيْتُمْ کَثِيرًا وَمَا تَلَذَّذْتُمْ بِالنِّسَائِ عَلَی الْفُرُشَاتِ وَلَخَرَجْتُمْ إِلَی الصُّعُدَاتِ تَجْأَرُونَ إِلَی اللَّهِ وَاللَّهِ لَوَدِدْتُ أَنِّي کُنْتُ شَجَرَةً تُعْضَدُ
ابن ماجہ · Hadith 4190
It was narrated from Abu Dharr that the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H said: "I see what you do not see, and I hear what you do not hear. The heaven is creaking and it should creak, for there is no space in it the width of four fingers but there is an angel there, prostrating to Allah. By Allah, if you knew what I know, you would la ugh little and weep much, and you would never enjoy women in your beds, and you would go out in the streets, beseeching Allah.''' (Hasan) (Abu Dharr said:) "By Allah, I WIsh that I were a tree that was CUt to pieces."
