حَدَّثَنَا حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَی حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ عَنْ أَبِي مَرْحُومٍ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ مُعَاذِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ کَظَمَ غَيْظًا وَهُوَ قَادِرٌ عَلَی أَنْ يُنْفِذَهُ دَعَاهُ اللَّهُ عَلَی رُئُوسِ الْخَلَائِقِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ حَتَّی يُخَيِّرَهُ فِي أَيِّ الْحُورِ شَائَ
ابن ماجہ · Hadith 4186
It was narrated from Sahl bin Mu' adh bin Anas, from his father, that the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H said: "Whoever restrains his anger when he is able to implement it, Allah will call him before all of creation on the Day of Resurrection, and will give him his choice of any houri that he wants." (Hasan)
