حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُسَافِرٍ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي فُدَيْکٍ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ جَائَ رَجُلٌ إِلَی النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَفْطَرَ فِي رَمَضَانَ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ قَالَ فَأُتِيَ بِعَرَقٍ فِيهِ تَمْرٌ قَدْرُ خَمْسَةَ عَشَرَ صَاعًا وَقَالَ فِيهِ کُلْهُ أَنْتَ وَأَهْلُ بَيْتِکَ وَصُمْ يَوْمًا وَاسْتَغْفِرْ اللَّهَ
سنن ابودوٗد · Hadith 2393
Abu Hurairah said: A man came to the Prophet ﷺ. He broke his fast during Ramadan. He then narrated the rest of this tradition adding: Then a huge basket containing fifteen sa's of dates was brought to him. He said: Eat it yourself and your family and keep one fast and beg pardon of Allah.
