حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا وَکِيعٌ عَنْ الْعُمَرِيِّ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ لَمْ يَکُنْ الْقَصَصُ فِي زَمَنِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَلَا زَمَنِ أَبِي بَکْرٍ وَلَا زَمَنِ عُمَرَ
ابن ماجہ · Hadith 3754
It was narrated that Ibn 'Urnar said: "Stories (for the purpose of exhorta tion) were unknown at the time of the Messenger of Allah(saw), the time of AbuBakr and the time of "Umar." (Hasan)
