حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَکْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ زَکَرِيَّا عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ حَدَّثَتْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَهَا إِنَّ جِبْرَائِيلَ يَقْرَأُ عَلَيْکِ السَّلَامَ قَالَتْ وَعَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ
ابن ماجہ · Hadith 3696
It was narrated from Abu Salamah that ‘Aishah told him that the Messenger of Allah said to her: Jibra’il sends (greetings of) Salam to you." She said: "Wa ‘alaihis-salam wa rahmatullah (and upon him be peace and the mercy of All'ah.) "
