حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ عَنْ يَحْيَی بْنِ أَبِي کَثِيرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ لَا تَجْمَعُوا بَيْنَ الرُّطَبِ وَالزَّهْوِ وَلَا بَيْنَ الزَّبِيبِ وَالتَّمْرِ وَانْبِذُوا کُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا عَلَی حِدَتِهِ
ابن ماجہ · Hadith 3397
It was narrated from Abdullâh bin Abu Qatâdah, from his father, that he heard the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H say: “Do not combine fresh dates and unripe dates, or raisins and dates; rather make Nabidh with each one of them on its own.” (Sahih)
