حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو کُرَيْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا وَکِيعٌ عَنْ هِشَامٍ الدَّسْتُوَائِيِّ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ صَنَعْتُ طَعَامًا فَدَعَوْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَجَائَ فَرَأَی فِي الْبَيْتِ تَصَاوِيرَ فَرَجَعَ
ابن ماجہ · Hadith 3359
It was narrated that 'Ali said: "I made some food and called the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H (to come and eat). He came and saw sonte images in the house, so ilewent back." (Sahih)
