حَدَّثَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَکِ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَا عَائِشَةُ هَذَا جِبْرِيلُ وَهُوَ يَقْرَأُ عَلَيْکِ السَّلَامَ قَالَتْ قُلْتُ وَعَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَکَاتُهُ تَرَی مَا لَا نَرَی قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَی هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ
جامع ترمذی · Hadith 3881
Narrated 'Aishah [may Allah be pleased with her]: that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: O 'Aishah! Here is Jibril and he is giving Salam to you. She said: I said: 'And upon him be peace and the mercy of Allah, and His blessings. You see that which we do not.'
