حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَکْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا وَکِيعٌ عَنْ هِشَامٍ الدَّسْتُوَائِيِّ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي حَسَّانَ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَشْعَرَ الْهَدْيَ فِي السَّنَامِ الْأَيْمَنِ وَأَمَاطَ عَنْهُ الدَّمَ وَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ فِي حَدِيثِهِ بِذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ وَقَلَّدَ نَعْلَيْنِ
ابن ماجہ · Hadith 3097
It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas that the Prophet marked the sacrificial animal on the right side of the hump and wiped away the blood. In his narration, 'Ali said:" At Dhul-Hulaifah, and he garlanded it with two sandals."
