حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَی حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَعِيلُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ أَبِي أَوْفَی يَقُولُ کُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِينَ اعْتَمَرَ فَطَافَ وَطُفْنَا مَعَهُ وَصَلَّی وَصَلَّيْنَا مَعَهُ وَکُنَّا نَسْتُرُهُ مِنْ أَهْلِ مَکَّةَ لَا يُصِيبُهُ أَحَدٌ بِشَيْئٍ
ابن ماجہ · Hadith 2990
Isma'iI narrated: "I heard Abdullah bin Abu Awfa say: 'We are with the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H when he performed 'Umrah, He performed Tawaf and we performed Tawaf with him. He prayed and we prayed with him, and we were shielding him from the people of Makkah lest anyone harm him.''' (Sahih)
