حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَکْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ کَثِيرِ بْنِ کَثِيرِ بْنِ الْمُطَّلِبِ بْنِ أَبِي وَدَاعَةَ السَّهْمِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ الْمُطَّلِبِ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا فَرَغَ مِنْ سَبْعِهِ جَائَ حَتَّی يُحَاذِيَ بِالرُّکْنِ فَصَلَّی رَکْعَتَيْنِ فِي حَاشِيَةِ الْمَطَافِ وَلَيْسَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الطُّوَّافِ أَحَدٌ قَالَ ابْن مَاجَةَ هَذَا بِمَکَّةَ خَاصَّةً
ابن ماجہ · Hadith 2958
It was narrated that Muttalib said: "When he finished seven (circuits of Tawaf, I saw the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H come until he was parallel with the Comer, then he prayed two Rak'ah at the edge of the Mata! (area for Tawaf, and there was nothing between him and the people who were performing Tawaf" (Da'if) Ibn Majah said: This is in Makkah specifically.
