حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا وَکِيعٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الزُّرَقِيِّ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَی عَنْ مَکْحُولٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَّامٍ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَفَّلَ فِي الْبَدْأَةِ الرُّبُعَ وَفِي الرَّجْعَةِ الثُّلُثَ

It was narrated from 'Ubadah bin Samit that the Prophet l awarded one quarter of the spoils to those who attacked the enemy at the beginning and one third to those who attacked at the end.
