حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَکْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا وَکِيعٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ جَابِرٍ عَنْ مَکْحُولٍ عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ جَارِيَةَ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ مَسْلَمَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَفَّلَ الثُّلُثَ بَعْدَ الْخُمُسِ

It was narrated from Habib bin Maslamah that the Prophet P.B.U.H awarded one third (of the spoils of war) after the one fifth (had been taken) (Sahih)
