حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ قَالَ أُتِيَ النُّعْمَانُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ بِرَجُلٍ غَشِيَ جَارِيَةَ امْرَأَتِهِ فَقَالَ لَا أَقْضِي فِيهَا إِلَّا بِقَضَائِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنْ کَانَتْ أَحَلَّتْهَا لَهُ جَلَدْتُهُ مِائَةً وَإِنْ لَمْ تَکُنْ أَذِنَتْ لَهُ رَجَمْتُهُ
ابن ماجہ · Hadith 2551
It was narrated that Habib bin Salim said: "A man who had intercourse with the slave woman his wife was brought to Numan bin Bashir. He said: 'I will pass no other judgement than that of the Messenger of Allah He said: 'if (his wife) had made her lawful for him, then I 'will give him one hundred lashes, but if she has not given permission, I will stone him.'"
