حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَکْرِ بْنُ خَلَّادٍ الْبَاهِلِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَی بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا مُجَالِدٌ عَنْ عَامِرٍ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا مِنْ حَاکِمٍ يَحْکُمُ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ إِلَّا جَائَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَمَلَکٌ آخِذٌ بِقَفَاهُ ثُمَّ يَرْفَعُ رَأْسَهُ إِلَی السَّمَائِ فَإِنْ قَالَ أَلْقِهِ أَلْقَاهُ فِي مَهْوَاةٍ أَرْبَعِينَ خَرِيفًا
ابن ماجہ · Hadith 2311
It was narrated that 'Abdullah said: "The Messenger of Allah said: 'There is no judge who judges between the people but on the Day of Resurrection an angel will come and take hold of the back of his head and raise his head towards the sky and if it said: "Throw him," he will throw him into an abyss the depth of forty autumns (years).'''
