حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَی حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَ غَلَا السِّعْرُ عَلَی عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالُوا لَوْ قَوَّمْتَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ إِنِّي لَأَرْجُو أَنْ أُفَارِقَکُمْ وَلَا يَطْلُبَنِي أَحَدٌ مِنْکُمْ بِمَظْلَمَةٍ ظَلَمْتُهُ
ابن ماجہ · Hadith 2201
It was narrated that Abu Sa' eed said: "Prices rose at the time of the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H and they said: 'Why do you not fix the food prices, 0 Messenger of Allah?' He said: 'I hope that when I leave you, no one among you will be demanding restitution for a wrong that I have done to him:" (Sahih)
