حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو کُرَيْبٍ وَأَبُو بَکْرٍ بُنْدَارٌ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا وَکِيعٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ إِسْمَعِيلَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبَّادِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ الْمَخْزُومِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ جَائَ مُشْرِکُو قُرَيْشٍ يُخَاصِمُونَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْقَدَرِ فَنَزَلَتْ يَوْمَ يُسْحَبُونَ فِي النَّارِ عَلَی وُجُوهِهِمْ ذُوقُوا مَسَّ سَقَرَ إِنَّا کُلَّ شَيْئٍ خَلَقْنَاهُ بِقَدَرٍ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَی هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ
جامع ترمذی · Hadith 3290
Narrated Abu Hurairah: The idolaters of the Quraish came to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) arguing about Qadar, so the following was revealed: The day they will be dragged on their faces into the Fire. Taste you the touch of Hell! Verily, We have created all things with Qadar (54:48 & 49).
