حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّبَّاحُ حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّائِ عَنْ عِکْرِمَةَ قَالَ قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ اعْتَکَفَتْ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ امْرَأَةٌ مِنْ نِسَائِهِ فَکَانَتْ تَرَی الْحُمْرَةَ وَالصُّفْرَةَ فَرُبَّمَا وَضَعَتْ تَحْتَهَا الطَّسْتَ
ابن ماجہ · Hadith 1780
Aishah said: "One of the wives of the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H observed I'tikaf with him, and she used to see red and yellow discharge, and sometimes she would put a basin beneath her." (Sahih)
