حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَقُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ الْمَدَنِيُّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ أَبِي مُلَيْکَةَ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ لِلصَّائِمِ عِنْدَ فِطْرِهِ لَدَعْوَةً مَا تُرَدُّ قَالَ ابْنُ أَبِي مُلَيْکَةَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَمْرٍو يَقُولُ إِذَا أَفْطَرَ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُکَ بِرَحْمَتِکَ الَّتِي وَسِعَتْ کُلَّ شَيْئٍ أَنْ تَغْفِرَ لِي
ابن ماجہ · Hadith 1753
It was narrated from 'Abdullah bin 'Amr bin 'As that the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H said: "When the fasting person breaks his fast, his supplication is not turned back." (Hasan)(One of the narrators) Ibn Abi Mulaikah said: "When he broke his fast, I heard 'Abdullah bin ,Amr say: '0 Allah! I ask You by Your mercy, which encompasses all things, to forgive me.'''
