حَدَّثَنَا عَمَّارُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْوَاسِطِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ غُرَابٍ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ أَبِي الْأَخْضَرِ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ السَّبَّاقِ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ هَذَا يَوْمُ عِيدٍ جَعَلَهُ اللَّهُ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ فَمَنْ جَائَ إِلَی الْجُمُعَةِ فَلْيَغْتَسِلْ وَإِنْ کَانَ طِيبٌ فَلْيَمَسَّ مِنْهُ وَعَلَيْکُمْ بِالسِّوَاکِ

It was narrated that Ibn Abbas said: "The Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H said: 'This day is an 'Eid (festival) which Allah has ordained for the Muslims.
