400- أخبرناه أبو بكر الحارثي أنبأ أبو محمد بن حيان ثنا الحسن بن علي الطوسي ثنا مالك بن الخليل البصري ثنا محمد بن عباد الهنائي ثنا شعبة عن الجريري عن خالد بن غلاق ولا أحسبه إلا عن أبي هريرة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: ((من استحق النوم وجب عليه الوضوء)). وهذا لا يصح. وروي من وجه آخر:
