حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ دَخَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ مِنْ کَدَائَ مِنْ أَعْلَی مَکَّةَ وَدَخَلَ فِي الْعُمْرَةِ مِنْ کُدًی قَالَ وَکَانَ عُرْوَةُ يَدْخُلُ مِنْهُمَا جَمِيعًا وَکَانَ أَکْثَرُ مَا کَانَ يَدْخُلُ مِنْ کُدًی وَکَانَ أَقْرَبَهُمَا إِلَی مَنْزِلِهِ
سنن ابودوٗد · Hadith 1868
Aishah said The Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered Makkah from the side of Kuda’ the upper end of Makkah in the year of conquest (of Makkah) and he entered from the side of Kida’ when he performed ‘Umrah. Urwah used to enter (Makkah) from both sides, but he often entered from the side of Kuda’ as it was nearer to his house.
