أَخْبَرَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا جَلَبَ وَلَا جَنَبَ وَلَا شِغَارَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ وَمَنْ انْتَهَبَ نُهْبَةً فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا
سنن نسائی · Hadith 3343
It was narrated from ‘Imran bin Hussai that the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: “There is no ‘bringing’, no ‘avoidance’ and no Shighar in Islam, and whoever robs, he is not one of us.” (Sahih)
