حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَی عَنْ عَطَائٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ يُلَبِّي الْمُعْتَمِرُ حَتَّی يَسْتَلِمَ الْحَجَرَ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد رَوَاهُ عَبْدُ الْمَلِکِ بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ وَهَمَّامٌ عَنْ عَطَائٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ مَوْقُوفًا
سنن ابودوٗد · Hadith 1817
Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas: The Prophet ﷺ said: A person who performs Umrah should shout talbiyah till he touches the Black Stone. Abu Dawud said: This tradition has been transmitted by Abd al-Malik bin Abi Sulaiman and Hammam from Ata on the authority of Ibn Abbas as his own statement (i. e. the tradition was not attributed to the Prophet)
