12793 - حدثنا سعيد بن عبد الرحمن التستري ثنا المنذر بن الوليد الجارودي [ عن أبيه ] ثنا مالك بن يحيى بن عمرو بن مالك الفكري عن أبيه عن جده عمرو بن مالك النكري عن أبي الجوزاء عن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما Y عن النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم قال : ( من حلف على يمين فرأى غيرها خيرا منها فليأتها فإنها كفارتها إلا طلاق أو عتاق )
