أَخْبَرَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْعَسْکَرِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الضُّحَی عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ قَدْ خَيَّرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نِسَائَهُ أَوْ کَانَ طَلَاقًا
سنن نسائی · Hadith 3210
It was narrated that ‘Aishah, may Allah be pleased with her, said: “The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم Jij gave his wives the choice (of staying with him) was it divorce?” (Sahih)
