أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ وَالْحَارِثُ بْنُ مِسْکِينٍ قِرَائَةً عَلَيْهِ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ عَنْ ابْنِ الْقَاسِمِ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِکٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَلْحَلَةَ الدُّؤَلِيِّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِمْرَانَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ عَدَلَ إِلَيَّ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ وَأَنَا نَازِلٌ تَحْتَ سَرْحَةٍ بِطَرِيقِ مَکَّةَ فَقَالَ مَا أَنْزَلَکَ تَحْتَ هَذِهِ الشَّجَرَةِ فَقُلْتُ أَنْزَلَنِي ظِلُّهَا قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا کُنْتَ بَيْنَ الْأَخْشَبَيْنِ مِنْ مِنًی وَنَفَخَ بِيَدِهِ نَحْوَ الْمَشْرِقِ فَإِنَّ هُنَاکَ وَادِيًا يُقَالُ لَهُ السُّرَّبَةُ وَفِي حَدِيثِ الْحَارِثِ يُقَالُ لَهُ السُّرَرُ بِهِ سَرْحَةٌ سُرَّ تَحْتَهَا سَبْعُونَ نَبِيًّا

It was narrated from Muhammad bin ‘Imran Al-Ansari that his father said: “Abdullah bin ‘Umar came to me when I had stopped beneath a large tree on the way to Makkah.
