أَخْبَرَنِي عِمْرَانُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا شُعَيْبٌ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ يَقُولُ طَافَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ عَلَی رَاحِلَتِهِ بِالْبَيْتِ وَبَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ لِيَرَاهُ النَّاسُ وَلِيُشْرِفَ وَلِيَسْأَلُوهُ إِنَّ النَّاسَ غَشُوهُ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 2982
Abu Az-Zubair narrated that he heard Jabir bin ‘Abdullah say: During the Farewell Pilgrimage the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم circumambulated the House and went between As-Safd and Al-Manvah on his mount so that the people could see him and he could see them, and they could ask him questions, and the people crowded around him. (Sahih)
