أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ وَالْحَارِثُ بْنُ مِسْکِينٍ قِرَائَةً عَلَيْهِ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ عَنْ ابْنِ الْقَاسِمِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِکٌ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ کَانَ إِذَا وَقَفَ عَلَی الصَّفَا يُکَبِّرُ ثَلَاثًا وَيَقُولُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيکَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْکُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَی کُلِّ شَيْئٍ قَدِيرٌ يَصْنَعُ ذَلِکَ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ وَيَدْعُو وَيَصْنَعُ عَلَی الْمَرْوَةِ مِثْلَ ذَلِکَ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 2979
It was narrated from Jabir that when the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم stood on top of A he recited the Takbir three times and said:(There is none worthy of worship except Allah alone with no partner or associate, His is the dominion and to Him be praise, and He has power over all things).” He did that three times, and supplicated, and did the same atop Al-Marwah. (Sahih)
