أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بَابَاهَ عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ يَا بَنِي عَبْدِ مَنَافٍ لَا تَمْنَعُنَّ أَحَدًا طَافَ بِهَذَا الْبَيْتِ وَصَلَّی أَيَّ سَاعَةٍ شَائَ مِنْ لَيْلٍ أَوْ نَهَارٍ

It was narrated from Jubair bin Mut’im that the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: “Banu ‘Abd Manaf, do not prevent anyone from circumambulating this House or praying at any time of the night or day he wishes.” (Sahih)
