أَخْبَرَنَا حَاجِبُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْمَنْبِجِيُّ عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي رَوَّادٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَطَائٍ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ دَخَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْکَعْبَةَ فَسَبَّحَ فِي نَوَاحِيهَا وَکَبَّرَ وَلَمْ يُصَلِّ ثُمَّ خَرَجَ فَصَلَّی خَلْفَ الْمَقَامِ رَکْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ قَالَ هَذِهِ الْقِبْلَةُ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 2916
It was narrated that Usamah bin Zaid said: “The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم entered the Ka’bah and recited the Tasbih and the Takbir in its corners, but he did not pray. Then he came out and prayed two Rak’ahs behind the Maqam, then he said: ‘This is the Qiblah.” (Hasan)
