أَخْبَرَنَا وَاصِلُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَی عَنْ ابْنِ فُضَيْلٍ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ يَحْيَی بْنِ أَبِي عُمَرَ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ کَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُنْبَذُ لَهُ نَبِيذُ الزَّبِيبِ مِنْ اللَّيْلِ فَيَجْعَلُهُ فِي سِقَائٍ فَيَشْرَبُهُ يَوْمَهُ ذَلِکَ وَالْغَدَ وَبَعْدَ الْغَدِ فَإِذَا کَانَ مِنْ آخِرِ الثَّالِثَةِ سَقَاهُ أَوْ شَرِبَهُ فَإِنْ أَصْبَحَ مِنْهُ شَيْئٌ أَهْرَاقَهُ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 5755
It was narrated that Ibn ‘Abbas said: “Nabidh of raisins would be made for the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم at night, and he would put it in a water skin and drink it during the next day, the day after, and the day after that. At the end of the third day, he would give it to others to drink, or drink it himself, and if anything was left the following morning, he would pour it away.” (Sahih)
