أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَعِيلُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ بْنُ صَمْعَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَتْنِي وَالِدَتِي عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّهَا سُئِلَتْ عَنْ الْأَشْرِبَةِ فَقَالَتْ کَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَنْهَی عَنْ کُلِّ مُسْکِرٍ وَاعْتَلُّوا بِحَدِيثِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَدَّادٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 5698
It was narrated that ‘Aishah was asked about drinks and she said: “The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم used to forbid all intoxicants.” And they use the narration of ‘Abdullah bin Shaddad from ‘Abdulláh bin ‘Abbas. (Sahih)
