أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَکْرِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَجَّاجِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ کُنْتُ نَهَيْتُکُمْ عَنْ الْأَوْعِيَةِ فَانْتَبِذُوا فِيمَا بَدَا لَکُمْ وَإِيَّاکُمْ وَکُلَّ مُسْکِرٍ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 5670
It was narrated from ‘Abdullah bin Buraidah that his father said: “The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: ‘I used to forbid certain kinds of vessels to you. Now soak (fruits) in whatever you wish, but beware of any intoxicant.” (Sahih)
