أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَبِي رَجَائٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ الْحَسَنَ عَنْ نَبِيذِ الْجَرِّ أَحَرَامٌ هُوَ قَالَ حَرَامٌ قَدْ حَدَّثَنَا مَنْ لَمْ يَکْذِبْ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَی عَنْ نَبِيذِ الْحَنْتَمِ وَالدُّبَّائِ وَالْمُزَفَّتِ وَالنَّقِيرِ

It was narrated that Abu Raja’ said: “I asked Al-Hasan about Nabidh made in earthenware jars — is it unlawful? He said: ‘(It is) unlawful. One who would not lie narrated to us that the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم , forbade Nabidh made in Al-Hantam, Ad-Dubba’ (gourds), Al Muzaffat andAn (Sahih)
