أَخْبَرَنِي عِمْرَانُ بْنُ بَکَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ يَسَافٍ قَالَ سُئِلَتْ عَائِشَةُ مَا کَانَ أَکْثَرُ مَا کَانَ يَدْعُو بِهِ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَتْ کَانَ أَکْثَرُ دُعَائِهِ أَنْ يَقُولَ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِکَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا عَمِلْتُ وَمِنْ شَرِّ مَا لَمْ أَعْمَلْ بَعْدُ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 5539
Ibn Yasaf said: “I asked ‘Aishah, what was the supplication that the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said the most? She said: ‘The supplication that he said the most was:(Allah, I seek refuge with You from the evil of what I have done, and from the evil of what I have not done yet.)” (Sahih)
