3116 - حدثنا علي بن عبد العزيز و محمد بن يحيى القزاز قالا ثنا حفص بن عمر الحوضي ثنا همام بن يحيى عن قتادة عن أبي الخليل عن عبد الله بن الحارث Y عن حكيم بن حزام أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم قال : البيعان بالخيار ما لم يتفرقا قال همام : وجدت في كتابي يختار ثلاث مرار فإن صدقا وبينا بورك لهما في بيعهما وإن كذبا وكتما فعسى أن يربحا ربحا ويمحقا بركة بيعهما
