أَخْبَرَنَا أَزْهَرُ بْنُ جَمِيلٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَرْجِسَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ کَانَ إِذَا سَافَرَ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِکَ مِنْ وَعْثَائِ السَّفَرِ وَکَآبَةِ الْمُنْقَلَبِ وَالْحَوْرِ بَعْدَ الْکَوْرِ وَدَعْوَةِ الْمَظْلُومِ وَسُوئِ الْمَنْظَرِ فِي الْأَهْلِ وَالْمَالِ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 5513
It was narrated from ‘Abdullah bin Sarjis that when the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم traveled, he would say: (Allah, I seek refuge with You from the hardships of travel and the sorrows of return, from loss after plenty, from the supplication of the one who has been wronged, and seeing some calamity befall my family or wealth.)” (Sahih)
