أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِکَ مِنْ الْعَجْزِ وَالْکَسَلِ وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْجُبْنِ وَالْهَرَمِ وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ وَفِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 5474
….It was narrated from Anas flat the Prophet of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said:(Allah, I seek refuge in You from incapacity, laziness, miserliness, cowardice, old age, the torment of the grave and the trials of life and death.)” (Sahih)
